We all want more.
More money. More peace. More energy. More love. More freedom.
But what if I told you that wanting more isn’t your problem?
The real block? You’ve subconsciously decided what your "normal" is—and your nervous system is clinging to it like a toddler with a blankie.
As a mindset coach who specializes in nervous system regulation and subconscious reprogramming, I can tell you: this is not a mindset issue. It’s a capacity issue.
Let me break it down for you—and show you exactly how to raise your energetic baseline (without burning yourself out).

The Problem: You’re Capped By What Feels "Normal"
You might think you're stuck because you're not trying hard enough, or that you lack discipline, or you’re just "not that type of person." None of that is true.
You’re stuck because your nervous system has a baseline of what feels safe, familiar, and acceptable. And the second you start to move beyond it? Alarm bells.
This is why you can hit a big goal—a dreamy date, a 10K month, a burst of visibility—and then immediately wobble. You feel ungrounded, anxious, even exhausted.
Sound familiar?
Why Common Solutions Don’t Work
Let’s call it like it is: mindset work, journaling, vision boards, and even goal-setting can help you expand… but only if your nervous system is on board.
If your subconscious sees your next level as unsafe? Forget it. You’ll self-sabotage faster than you can say "affirmation."
You don’t need more willpower. You need a recalibration.
Recalibrate, Rewire, Rise
In my coaching work, I combine subconscious reprogramming with nervous system regulation to help women:
Identify the energetic minimums (a.k.a. baselines) they’ve unknowingly settled into
Rewire the beliefs that built those baselines
Teach their nervous systems that it’s safe to have more
This isn’t about hyping yourself up. It’s about changing your default setting.
And yes—this works. Here's how ⬇️
5 Ways to Raise Your Baseline (Without Spiralling)
1. Get Curious About Your Buffer Zones
Your nervous system has a "comfort zone" in each area of life: income, love, health. Find the top and bottom of your current range. That’s your buffer zone. Awareness is step one.
2. Borrow the Juice from Past Evidence
Think of a time you didn't think something was possible—and then made it happen. Feel the pride, the expansion, the "holy shit I did it" energy. Now let that fuel your next move.
3. Let Integration Be Sacred
When you up-level, your system needs time to adjust. For me? That means more rest, more space, more softness. Let the new level land before you rush into the next.
4. Reframe Your Thoughts In Real Time
Catch the "this won’t last" or "I don’t deserve this" thoughts. Write them down. Cross them out. Replace them with something more supportive. This is subconscious reprogramming in action.
5. Play With the Energy of "It’s Already Done"
Drop into the version of you who already has it. Feel the relaxation that comes with that. Let your body learn it’s safe to receive. That feeling becomes your new baseline.
